While I was in the midst of a design project, I needed t-shirts done for myself and my team. My first adventure was in the world of screen printing, where I learned that anything over one color, one side and a 50 shirt minimum would cost me a fortune! Our logo was a full color print, with gradients that screen printing could not accomplish. We tried sublimation and iron on sheets, but washability was terrible, not to mention the garment was uncomfortable to wear.

I thought “If we can put someone on the Moon, why isn’t there an existing technology to print a full color shirt that is comfortable and will last”.

After extensive research, I found Direct to Garment Printing. If you are unfamiliar with this technology, please view this video. It will explain in greater detail how it works.

In my travels between screen printing companies, I met many people who were interested in the same full color printing as I. So, On The Spot Tees was born. No Setup or Artwork Fees

We have no set up fees, plain and simple.

Artwork fees only apply when you need something designed or re-designed (because sometimes your old print company may not supply your artwork). If you have your own, high resolution artwork, your only price of the printed garment itself.

One Item vs Bulk Orders

We have no minimums. If you would like to print 1 or 1000 shirts, we can handle it. This is ideal for both Family Reunions and large corporate or charity events, and everyone in between. Are you a graphic designer that has always wanted to see your designs come to life? We can do one shirt for a sample, a few for you and your friends, or bulk orders when your business takes off!
